We are currently seeing an overload of support questions on the Bukkit Forums, so before posting, please check all avenues of currently established support.
Citizens is still seeing a HUGE influx of people not updating everything prior to upgrading to 1.1.4. If you are getting an error related to 'Error occurred while enabling Citizens v1.1.4 (Is it up to date?)', please ensure all your .JAR files are up to date, including all your Character types, and that you are using the latest craftbukkit dev release.
