Citizens 2 does not currently have a dedicated Quester character (there is one in development)
- Denizen can be used for advanced interactions, some quest types, and many other interesting things. It cannot track mob kills.
- MineQuest is an external plugin for SpoutCraft that can be used with Citizens 2 NPCs. See here
- Quests By Blackvein is an external bukkit plugin that can be used with Citizens 2 NPCs, this offers similar functionality to Citizens1 Quester
