The rules for chatting on our IRC room, #citizens, are listed below:

  1. No spamming
  2. Pinging ops will get you kicked
  3. Don't ask to ask
  4. Read through this page before chatting. It has lots of good tips
  5. Do not speak to, look at, anger, ping, or otherwise interact with the NeonMaster.
  6. Stick around, asking a question and leaving 5 seconds later will likely result in a ban.
