Waypoints

NPC's can be given Waypoints to dictate their motion.

Waypoints are created by a Waypoint Provider.

The current Providers are:

Linear (default) - Sends the NPC to each stored waypoint in sequence.

Wander - Generates random waypoints so the NPC wanders around.
