The rules for chatting on our IRC room, #citizens, are listed below:

  1. No spamming, advertising, or soliciting.
  2. Please don't ping the OPs unnecessarily, they are likely coding the next great feature. Don't worry, they check in regularly!
  3. Don't ask to ask, just ask any question you may have.
  4. Read through this page before chatting. It has lots of good tips.
  5. No smoking. See #6
  6. Do not speak to, annoy, look at, anger, ping, or otherwise interact with NeonMaster. While disguised as the leader of a highly inert gas, he's highly flammable!
  7. Stick around when asking a question, we're busy people but will get to you as soon as possible.
